Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we see wellness and sick pet appointments by appointment only. If you are having an emergency, please call us and we can advise you whether to bring your pet in to see us, or if we should refer you to an Emergency facility.
As with any medical situation, occasional appointment delays can happen as we care for sick pets. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. Thank you for your patience.
In our effort to stay on schedule for the convenience of our clients, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment. This ensures that we stay on schedule, as well as give your pet the time they deserve.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings, and other pets. If your pet struggles around other animals, please call our office at arrival. We’d be happy to meet you and go directly into a room.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept CareCredit and ScratchPay. Please ask our staff for more information.
